Could somebody help and get the chassi rail distance on a US maverick inside and outside also the rail height, on the center of the front suspension?.

I am trying to see if there are differences between American and Brazilian rail measurements.

    Mine:

    Inside - 26.1/4 (66,5cm)
    Outside - 32.7/8 (83,5cm)
    Height - 3.3/8 (8cm)

Chassi rail width, aprox 3 inches

I just ordered the Frame Charts off of ebay for $6.99 shipped. If they get here soon, I might have an answer for you.

As for differences between US and Brazilian frames, I bet they are the same. All came off the same assembly line, as far as I know...

    IFS, Frame rail chassi

I've checked the IFS from Heidit, and the Falcon unit crossmember fits the Maverick width, but on the Falcon IFS kit, it says 2,5 inches wide chassi rail. It would dislocate the shock tower and probably the camber adjustment. Any thoughts ?.

As long as you don't move the mounting point for the a-arms and you have enough material to make a good weld, you should be ok.

I measured mine and they are 26.5" inside and 31.25 outside and 3.5 height.
