Trader Rating System

Hello, a quick question on leaving a buyer/seller a rating with the improvements to the web site. I attempted to leave feedback to buyer. However, this is what I experienced.

"73 Comet GT, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Did I miss something?
I never noticed any posts in the News Forums.

You need 10 or more post to be a full member

 

So, if someone else leaves me a rating I can then rate them in return?

 

hmmm i would think but im not sure , post enough in this thread you will beable to only 5 to go
