new motor

    Well got my new motor in and can't wait to see what it runs.It is the Edelbrock RPM top end kit ,with Harland Sharp rockers,670 Holly,MSD PRO Billet dis,and 6AL box.I also added a 2800 stall .Now all I have to do is get some traction Ideas ,feel free to share

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    nice.. spec on motor?

    what was wrong with the old motor?

    thats marks old car right?

    Wasnt nothing wrong with the old motor,just slow. New motor is Forged pistons ,standard bore.Edelbrock RPM top end kit,with Harland Sharp rockers,670 holley,MSD PRO Billet ,and 6AL BOX,Summit Headers.I also added a 2800 stall.I will update with times when the track opens,car should go mid 7's in an 1/8 th,on motor,I also have a Edelbrock Nitrous kit .so we will see.I know I am gona have to work on the rear Suspention to get it to hook.Oh and yes this is the old TOYMAV,Marks old car

    looks nice. i've got the M/T et drag radials and a set of caltrac bars. seems to work for me.

    I think the converter is just right,it will be on the street more than the track.I think I am gona run the M/T et streets and cal tracs
