I need to remove all the clutch pedal linkages, so, how do I remove the linkage...

Its pivot mounts are the front, side of the tranny and also the inside frame of the driver's fender

It transfers the clutch pedal movement to pushing or pulling on the tranny shift.

I've unhooked everything except for the pivots. I loosened the bolt between the linkage and the tranny as far as it would go, but it won't pry out... Idk, I could probably figure it out but I'm out of patience+its raining outside and I just got soaked trying to finish...

    HELP please!!

Sounds to me like you are working on the equalizer bar (aka Z-bar).
It is in 2 pieces. The bolt in the middle must be completely removed.
Then the bar can be split into 2 halves.
Sometimes the bar needs a bit of persuasion to split.
Shouldn't be a bunch of muscle to do it, just a little if the bar has never been apart.

A 6 cyl bar is not split in the middle if that is what you are working on.

    Re-read your post...
You are working on a V8 car, correct?
If so, thread the Z-bar mount back into the engine block.
Now look straight down into the middle of the horizontal part of the bar.
There is a 5/8", IIRC, bolt going down into the bar.
That is the one to remove.
    Bar in 2 pieces now.
Lift one high, one low, then gently slide them towards each other.
That will pull them off the mounts.

If you are working on an I6, then someone else will have to tell you what to do. I never worked on that version.
Probably have to remove the frame side mount to get the Z-bar out would be my guess.

The trunion (pivot point) on the frame side is mounted on a bracket which is held to the frame by 2 bolts. Remove them and the assembly will come out.

I wouldn't have ever seen that, due to the 20 years worth of grime under the hood of this thing :16suspect . (It's being stripped out for resto)
