Hi, put on some new vaccuum lines on the 76 mav, 250 cu., I'm trying to figure out by ear with which one will work, okay, here's the problem, I think my engine is surging? I'm not sure what surging means but heard it at work and didn't understand what it meant, I have a slight rough idle, when I got the car, some of the vaccum lines were missing in some of the spots, the egr was not hooked up before, hooked that up, put it under the filter housing, there are 2 different holes you can put the vaccum lines in, everytime I drive or rev the engine they get different results, after I had the car fully warm seemed to respond pretty well with trying both the different holes, anybody have the correct schematics where I lay out the vacuum lines and a picture of the air filter housing and what parts should be on there! I haven't worked on an old ford in a long time so bear with me :Handshake
