fuse panel ???

    the little short fuse powers what? mine is ...dead...

    If we're talking about the same thing, the little short fuse is for the gauge lights, etc. It should be labeled INST CLST or something similar.

    I think its the gauge lights but not sure because mine works but no fuse in it...but a little rolled up piece of foil

    Definetely the instrument panel. Those little fuses aren't too easy to come by here in my part of the country.
