changed the rotor/points, change4d the oil, tightened down the modulator(?) on the tranny which firmed up the shifts a bit...the fluid that came outta the tranny before we flushed it was horrible, black and stinky...new spark plugs...need to pick up a set of plug wires next week...and we're gonna weld that open diff for even sweeter burnout...yea yea yea its just temporary til we can pick up a 9"...btw which cars have a 9 inch thats a direct swap? im sure there's a few...mustangs??

it was definately only $200 and came with the original pink slip from 1972 (single owner car) and another great thing...the new points/rotor/plugs were all in the trunk so i didnt even hafta buy em! all i had to buy was a case of atf type f, the flush chemicals (at cost from work) and the oil and filter (at cost from work) so grand total im stiin on like $250 and a few hours work.

Looks like the condition mine was in when I got it. Try and do as much interior stuff you can by yourself, labor is nuts on stuff like that. Welcome to the board, and good luck!

Good job burning rubber and posting pictures. You should move some of them shots to your gallery.
