Took it for a short trip down the road and back. Steering is loose. Stering wheel is not right. etc... But it was still cool to finally see it rolling down the street.:bananaman
I`m glad to hear you got it on the road , I just drove mine home from its resting place of 4 months not too long ago and um well I gess you could say it was a fun ride
elliot the car just has a stock 250 in it now. The shock towers have already been cut back and suframe connectors have already been installed for a possible future engine/trans change. We're not going to spend the money or time to make the 6 cyl. into somehing it's not. I do know 6 cyl. engines can run well but their overall potential is limited. Other modifications are disc brakes up front and we intend to put rear discs on it later. We put the shelby drop on the front and 1 " sway bar up front with a 3/4" bar planned for the back. I think we put some KYG? shocks on it, I cvan't remeber the brand. DAB we planned to make the Waco meet in Sept. Obvious;y we missed it. I had a water pump job that I had to do on another car I have. There will be times in 04 where we can meet up. Looking forward to it.
Is that a corvette sitting next to a geo back there? That's just not right. Anyhow that's a nice looking car, what color are you planning to go with the trim?
i was going to say the same thing.. a GM in the gararge and the Ford out side.. for shame... but nice job.. i like the 6cyl
