I thought it was time to step into the light. I bought a 72 2-door last October to serve as cheap transportation that was different and easy to work on. I've probably worked on it an hour for every 100 miles I've driven it since then. I've gotten many good ideas from trolling the messages and photos on this forum. Wether or not I participate actively in the discussions here, I wanted to at least say thanks!
yea welcome abord. they really are easy reliable cars. parts are cheap too when something does break well good luck with it. any pics to post up?
Pics, etc. I'll get some pics uploaded somewhere soon and posted here. One thing I wanted to share with this group that I stumbled upon yesterday... This is an extremely cool tool... http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/ms.cgi?veh=ford+maverick&state=&fil=&ys=&ye=&submit=go Another for parts... http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/sd.cgi?cat=pts&fil=maverick
Welcome aboard! :Handshake Yes, we found that tool a while back. I've looked at Mavericks quite a few times on it. We have a link posted in the wanted to buy section of our forums. Very Cool!!! Here's our link: http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=39985
Welcome to the Madness! If you are working on the car every 100 miles, you seem to be experiencing a bad part of the Madness first hand. Enjoy, old cars make the best daily drivers. That is a good part of the Madness. Jim
Let's try that signature pic again... I should also be showing up with the "Supporting Memeber" logo...
