It's been a while since I made a Thread. This past week end has made me make one. I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow member. Mr. Jason Miller. We spoke at lenght about, guess what, Mavericks. I drove my Grabber to the event and while taking a break, Jason came by. Our conversation ended with an invitation to OLD TOWN April 26th. So I'm going to try to make it. Here's a picture of what my Grabber looked like when I bought it 5 years ago. Looks like my pictures are too big. Will try again to post them later. Regards, John
hey john, good chatting with you. let me know about the 26th. for resizing help, go to the main page and scroll down to forum help and suggestions. in that catagory there is a thread about downloading an image resizer and how to do it. ( batch picture resizing) is the thread. good old original grabber. now get busy and bring it back to it's glory. for those who can't yet see it-- he has a brown/gold metallic body with the yellow grabber stripe option. 98% rust free too. i tried to buy the hood but he wasn't selling. haha. bucket seats and he just scored a nos rear window defogger in its original box.
John, Good to see you posting. He and I met at the Webster Swap Meet last month, and yes, that is a sweet Grabber there. Love the color combo.
If this is the Maverick that drove over through the Cougars, then I met him, too. Nice original Cal. car with a 302, floor shifter, and buckets. It will be even nicer when he is done. I stopped him as he drove through and we chatted for awhile about Mavericks, even though we were surrounded by a sea of Cougars. Perfect weather on Sat. for the show. Jim
How's it going Jeff. Yeah, I finality placed a Tread. I'm working on placing pictures. Yes sir Jim, That was me. I called my cousin up in Michigan and rubbed it in. John
