For a 302 HO, which would be better, a low profile supercharger, or a turbocharger. I want maximum horsepower, but still keep a street legal car.
    Any help would be appriciated.

    turbo, way more efficient.
    blower, way easier!
I'm turboing my 250; quite the chore, but its different and thats cool!

What do you consider "maximum horsepower"?

Also doesn't a blowers power come on a little quicker?? You know, less "lag"

    u need it

if you read the hot rod magzines like I do one of them not sure if it was Hot Rod or Car Craft but anyhow they put a PSC-1 procharger on stock bottom end 302 and made some crazy 550 plus horsepower that would make a nice little street car engine.;)
