    long story short...

i broke a water pump/timing cover bolt off in the block, it was flush with the block, anyways i drilled it and tried an ez out on it, broke the ez out off in the block with the bolt...i tried to silcone it but wants leak horiably

so i tried to completely drill the bolt out, well i got it out but in the process i didnt drill directly in the center of the hole, it was offset and now i have a big hole where a bolt should be...i tried to clean up the hole and put some jb weld in and let it sit for couple days, and i tried to drill and heli-core the hole but the jb weld wasent strong enough for it, maybe i didnt mix it perfect, seamed like it was going to work until i tried to tap the hole...

so figured it would be cheaper to buy a short block than try and have a machine shop fix it...
although its not all terriable, i want to get the headers coated, new rockers, stamped steel with roller tips suckkkk...

just wanted to clean it up anyway

btw my short block is stock , thats one reason why i think it would be cheaper
