They figure they will get you out there to see it and buy it anyways..
I XP that that about 5 years ago and I looked at the guy and said"Not enough rust for my taste"

About 2 years ago I had a guy contact me with 3 restorable Mavericks for sale. The brother had passed away and left them in their back yard. They said make an offer. Couldn't tell me anything about them except that the brother loved Mavericks. Well, ya gotta go look!!! Took me an hour to get there...even my GPS said "WTF" when I plugged in the address. I finally got there and they said follow us down this trail. I was thinking uh oh already. At least I was able to drive my truck down the 4ft wide trail (I was actually scared to get out). I finally came upon a sight where there was about 5-6 cars that had been abandoned and I could actually see half of the cars sticking out from the trees. The tail lights showed one small bumper 4 door and 2 big bumper 4 door cars. I was thinking "Oh Crap" and was just happy to see enough room to turn my truck around in. I got out and walked up to them for a brief minute and told him I didn't think I would be interested. They offered them for $100 a piece and I still turned them down. I mean hell, it would cost me a fortune just to get them out of there. I didn't even wait on them to lead me back out of that trail...thinking "Deliverance" all the way. I will get more info the next time before I go on a wild goose chase. :(

The 76 in Ramsey In. is still there. White with Blue int. It looks great from the road but once you get up on it something looks wrong but I can't place it. He has 4500 on it or Best offer. Someone might pick it up for 3500 or there abouts. Worth saving for sure but for 4500 I don't know. If you wold like I can get a phone number for you.
    Let me know
    Jerry
