I think it got lost in another post but isnt it about time to have regional groups of this club with organized events regionally as well as national events to keep more members active and involved with the group? I am fairly new to the group but so far it seems like all organized events have been so far away it wasnt feasible, would love to see regional organized events and if I am wrong or offend anyone just disregard this, this is just my thoughts.

You mean, like MCCI Regional Mini-Meets? http://mmb.maverick.to/forumdisplay.php?f=11
I hosted one of these the last two years in Iowa.

There is also the Maverick Comet Group national Gathering

I attended this year's Gathering. It was a blast. What a great group!
