I don't get why is it needed to cover it up with fiberglass if it can be welded shut.

Once I finish sealing the vents off, I'll get some power to the blower motor and try it first before I make any attempt to get air in some other way. :Handshake

    BINGO!!! we have a winner...
it takes the air it has already heated once and runs it back through and heats it again (recirulating)...in a few mins. you will have to turn the heat down so it doesn't get...too hot...:yup:
the A/C does the same thing...all summer long i have never had my A/C on the...high...setting. i went to a cruise in yesterday...91 degrees...A/C on ...low setting...:thumbs2:
    ...the key...unhook the-vac. pod- that opens the...fresh air door...:tiphat:
if i ever remove my heater box for some reason i am going to seal off the opening all together...i know i am getting some leakage around the seal on the door.

    ...chill'in in Ga....

to do this you will need the car motor running and A/C on so the vacumn can...open/close... the doors in the heater box...:Handshake

I didn't mention that this is a non-AC car. I might be able to get a good feel for what it will do by just running 12v to it, to get the blower motor to move some air, and moving the doors open and closed by hand.

I thought your wife did it, no offense . Well, at least I remember a picture of her applying the bondo or fiberglass on it. :)
