I went around trying to find a hood pop systems for the Maverick… with no luck… but I did notice a Granada with an interesting system…. I was wondering what other cars would have a hood pop system that I could put on the Maverick? One that I could pop it from behind the wheel… a hood latch system. Or could I attach a cable (and spring) system to my existing system? system?
Or could I attach a cable (and spring) Years ago Cal Custom or someone like that used to sell an add-on kit like that. Maybe they still do. I got one in the garage somewhere but I've never installed it, so I can't tell you how well it works.
I'd be interested to see it too, if you wouldn't mind. Mostly because i'm worried about people stealing stuff...that MSD box would be easy for someone with a crowbar and a minute... And damnit! If i click that "New Post" button ONE MORE TIME instead of "Reply", i'm going to go crazy!!
