I have found another maverick. It is a 71 with a 289 C4. The bumpers are good. It has headers, edelbrock 4 barrel, aluminum valve covers, duraspark ignition, and a floor shifter. The body is in fair shape. It needs one quarter fixed and the drivers back floor fixed. The interior is rough, no back seat or headliner. Door panels are rough. The plug wires are off. It has a scoop and an aftermarket spoiler. The owner wants $700 for it. I think it is a pretty good deal but not sure. I still have to get up the money

I believe something is wrong with it since the plug wires and fan are off. It might be a good deal but I can't figure out how to swing the money right now. All my current money is going towards getting heads rebuilt for my 1969 F-100. I talked to my dad about it and he don't want me getting it so that is the end of that idea.
Man, that's a steal. I wish my Mav costed $700 when I got it. The only "performance" part was the factory 4 speed. I say go get it before someone buys it.
Naw, just a few more parts that I need.....We have discussed it by pm......can't see me buying it right now......
