mine are bolted to the floor. the lap belts goto the stock seat belt bolts on the floor. the sholders go to two bolts with loops on the ends that go through the floor where the back seats two pices meet. Autopower http://www.autopowerindustries.com/ made them for me. they are considered a h belt. meaing that the sholder straps look like a H when layed out. right behind the seat back is a section of webing that links the two belts togther so the dont fall off the sholders. they used to use y belt but nhra doenst allow those any more so they do a h blet now. rick and autpower made my sholder belts extra long to reach the mounting location, and they can be shortened when i do put a roll cage in.

Be aware that racing belts have an expiration date on them. If you are racing on an NHRA or IHRA track your belts must be within their certification date range. After the date is expired, you can get them re-webbed and re-certified.

In Az. you don't have to get belts recertified unless you run faster than 12.00. Division 7 director, Mike Rice, has okayed this. But it is still up to the track. Our argument was that there are cars running 12.0 and faster with stock seat belts that are 40 years old, so why should you be required to up date newer belts every 2 years.:)
