I'm sure it does, this base is nice. Off base is just ok. Here are some pictures. Being in the Air Force we are treated pretty well, and the pay isn't bad either. http://www.fordmaverick.com/popImage.jsp?image=uploads/incirlik_057.jpg http://www.fordmaverick.com/popImage.jsp?image=uploads/incirlik_060.jpg http://www.fordmaverick.com/popImage.jsp?image=uploads/incirlik_047.jpg http://www.fordmaverick.com/popImage.jsp?image=uploads/incirlik_054.jpg
Fix it, and I wish I was a pilot. I'm running the fuel panel during the refuel. We were adding 20298 gallons
C-141. I've flown in the cockpit of them before. Also loaded them with water trucks and construction equipt. And lots of pallets.
Turkey Things have changed, when I was in SAC you could be shot for having a camera on the flightline. I retired in June 1978. Retired as an engineer from Lockheed Martin June 3003. Texasjack
Our unit had C-141's and we also have KC-135R. We now have C-17s that replaced the 141's We are dual airframe qualified, the only ones to do that in the reserves. And yes we own these jets, no active duty pukes
78 is about when my dad retired from Nellis (TAC) I joined in 84 and my first assignment was at Norton (C-141's) joined the ART program then moved to March 24 years in and 12 to go.
