Power Disk Brake Booster Hookup for a 200I

    Hello everyone,

    I just installed power disk brakes on my 71 maverick with a 200 straight 6 automatic trans and....

    Does anyone know where the power booster vent hose plugs into? Please let me know soon fellas, thanks.

    "Vent" hose? Never heard of that. the hose coming from the vacuum booster needs to be connected to an intake manifold vacuum port. There should already be one on there that's probably plugged...

    Power Booster Vent fitting

    This is true.

    I forgot to mention, I converted from manual front drum to power front disk brakes. As it currently stands, all three or four ports on my manifold intake are taken. Which port can I use or "T" from? Does it matter? As I was looking at it, they all branch off to other engine componets. PLEASE let me know soon. Thanks.

    You can use ANY manifold vacuum port as long as it's the correct size. Sure, you can use a "tee" if you need to. I cannot imagine what else would be using a vacuum port that large on your car though...
