    Hey everyone,

How about this as an idea for a Maverick? Should I go for it? I think it would be cool to convert my Mav into a police interceptor. Here's a rough idea of what it would look like....

is a great idea as long as you can get a permit for the lightbar so you can drive it on the street

Most states allow you to have a lightbar of any color EXCEPT red and blue. Check with your local police station.

That would be cool. I believe it was in 77' that Ford had a catalog for the Maverick as a Police vehicle. It was on Ebay a while ago, anybody know anything about the options or have any pics?

I have one of those brochures. There are no pictures, just a list of options. nothing spectacular. Its listed as a non-pursuit police package
