    Hello everyone,

Well, I got my new Gas tank in, and new carb in, but the Mav still runs rough... could bad vacuum lines or bad timing be causing it? I'm not sure..

    Thanks,
    Jason

Definitly check the timing and vacuum. The timing is your best bet....

I had a problem with vibrations and one of my engine mounts fell off and the car would shake kinda bad specialy when put into gear but once in gear it would run fine.

The Rev has a point. If it is a points car, check them and check the dwell angle also. Problem is that there can be several reasons for rough running. Is it just at idle? It could be a vacuum problem. It could be bad plugs, wires, cap/rotor, timing, bad gas/dirty filter, valves. I'll give you the same advice, I always give and has worked well for me...start simple at the most obvious sources and work up from there.
