Hello from South GA

    Trying to buy 1972 grabber
    I have wanted a Maverick Grabber for years. I found a 1972 Grabber in 1992 that was for sale from the origanal owner, but at the time thought he wanted too much money for the car. So I passed on the chance to purchase a nice car. 17 years later I located the same car parked under a barn, from the person that bought the car in 1992. The person that bought the car quit driving it in 1999 and parked it under the barn, where it still sits today. My plans are to pick up the car this week. I will send pictures. This maverick is Grabber Blue, which will match my Grabber Blue 1979 Fairmont sedan. I plan to be in Atlanta on Saturday July 11th for the Ford Car show at the Sumitt Racing Store, hope to meet some Maverick lovers at the show. I will be showing a mineral gray 2005 mustang gt. :bouncy:

    My plans are to pick up the Grab tomorrow afternoon. I have a comlete HO 5.0 engine that was freshend-up that I never used. It has new 750 double pumper and intake, with a ford motorsport cam. Whitch long-tube headers fit best best in the Maverick? I'm looking forward to meeting fellow maverick owners at the Sumitt car show on Saturday. I will try to post before pictures in the morning.
