I'm sorry about the delay but I want to make sure that everything is user freindly. I finally got to try them on a mav with carpet, one side fit with alot of room left over and the passenger side scraped. So the billet guy and I talked and he is going to make another one out of 1/8" material and send it to me. On my car there was alot of room on both sides, so I'm thinking there will be problems with fitment on some cars no matter what. If you look at the gap with your doors closed if there is a paper thin gap these probably won't work on your car, or if your door already scrapes your stock sill plates there will probably be problems. I don't know if these cars had big tolerances when they were built but some are tighter than others. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Thanks
Let me know if you make a run of 1/8" sill plates ward, I'd definitely be intersted. The 1/4ers were too thick for me.
I should've mentioned the one I just tried is 3/16" thick because after listening to yours concerns here on the board I had them make it thinner to begin with.
