Mine used to sit like that untill I put new springs in it, I was told it would settle but it still sits up in front, I too liked the lowered look car_2002.jpg

I actually used that same picture to get mine where I now have it.

I used 1" drop blocks out back, Then bought heavier springs and cut them down in front.

I cut the front spring so that I can actually remove it without having to compress it. It is a much heavier spring from JC Whitney.

Old picture, but mostly still the same, except for exhaust.

i did not like it when my car sat that low the front frame/thing ran about 6 to 8 inches from the ground way to low if you hit something it will hit that // then when i installed my headers they wer hitting very speed bump not to mention if i had other people in the car / now i have 2 inch late 60's mustang lowering springs in front and air shocks in rear

Oh yeah, I hit everything when I had 175/60 front tires (what came on my rims). So I put a bigger tire on, 205/60, and I go over most things now. Still have to take it easy on speedbumps. But my front suspension is pretty stiff, so I have no worries about it bouncing up and down and nailing the bumps.

Similar to my stance I think. Mine may be a inch or so higher in the front. Stock springs, 6 cylinder front coils with 302. Havent hit the headers or bottomed out yet. Drives well but I would stiffen the front a bit if I could keep the same stance.
