So I finally switched the old hood which had a big time crease in it for another in near mint condition. The replacement hood was a old forest green with metal flake. My dad and I sanded it down and repainted it with black primer and flat black paint. I did the painting my self, never did something like it before really and it turned out better than I expected.

We also attacked the plain dull gray grill with the same paint.[IMG]
