I am here to learn and buy a maverick grabber. My son's name is Maverick so I thought it would be appropriate for him to get one for his first car. He is a great kid with a 4.0 grade average. I have been looking in the craigslist but have never bought anything from there. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the board. Make sure any car that you buy doesn't leak from the cowls. That is the vents in front of the window. Also make sure the floor boards are not rusted out. Pay a little more for a rust free Maverick and you'll be $$$ ahead in the long run.:Welcome:

The last time I was in Enid, there was a Grabber in a fenced in area. I can't explain exactly where since I don't know Enid all that well, but it seems like it was on Van Buren on the north side. I was on my way to Goltry.

    I agree with Ray - that's a cool name!

Unrelated, I once got bit by a dog named Maverick while looking at a Maverick for sale.

I was taking a shortcut when I saw it (to get to Goltry). It was on the east side of the road. This was probably 1-2 years ago. It was a '73 Grabber if I remember right.
