I teach Auto Tech in NC. We have a 72 Comet GT we removed all running gear cleaned and painted rebuilt all brakes using new w/c m/c hardware kits and shoes. We cleaned all the under side of body and firewall area and repainted with etching primer and bed liner material to bottom of firewall. Painted engine bay hot rod black (satin finish). Young people are pron to not listen sometimes so when we went to asemble park brake cables we had no pictures or diagrams. Found your website thru google search and printed diagram and pictures of park brakes. Many thanks. It is going to the body shop this week to be fixed and primed then we will reassemble drivetrain and repair wiring.
