I have a 76 ford maverick and the instrument cluster has a big block and it takes a small one. What year did they change the wiring in an instrument cluster?

Well I can say this much... '75 has a different connector on the instrument cluster than my '71.

If I had to guess, '74 and up probably all have the same clutster, with the possible inclusion of '73. But that is just a guess.

Prolly what Ford had available at the time is on there...like my 71 having 70 brake components, have you tried a search on the subject?
