just ordered a new electric fuel pump from summit where should i mount it. the old one was mounted on the inside of the subframe rail about where the rear seat would be located and i dont like that ideal because something could fly up from the road and take it out or a fuel line.
    pics please
    thanks

You want it as close and low as you can get it to the outlet of the tank.pumps push fuel better then they pull it.

mine is right behind the rear gravel pan. use steelbraid lines and they should not have problems with geting cut from stuff geting kicked up. also use a prefilter and an after filter.

If you put your pressure regulator back by pump instead of up by the engine you only need one long fuel line to feed the engine.

Just a way to save a couple bucks.
