i get these kinda things a lot like most of you but only post about the stuff thats especially funny.

so i'm over at my grandparents doing some yardwork for them. my car is parked at the end of the driveway and i'm at the top weeding out a flower bed. it was quiet and i heard some voices so i turned around and its a husband and wife taking a walk with a baby. then all the sudden i swear i hear the word "maverick" so i listen in a lil more and then i hear the lady say NO! its a PINTO! and he's all like no its NOT! its a MAVERICK!!! and then he pointed up at the emblem and was like "SEE!" so i yelled out, Its a maverick not a pinto!!!! :thumbs2: :biglaugh:

after my starsky and hutch mav was painted and sitting in the shop, some tards were up there talking trash about it and even so it was the "best looking NOVA" theyve ever seen. now everytime my buddie and i am wrenching on the mav he'll quote it "that sure is a good looking NOVA"

I personally could care less. i love to hear people argue over what it is. usually it goes something like this.......maverick?? i havent seen one of those in years!! in fact such and such used to have one...wonder what they ever did with it. sure was a piece of crap though. hahaaha

My car as been mistaken for a Comet GT lots of times. I'm not sure why they don't see one of 4 name plates on the car.
