I removed my bumper gaurds and wanted to plug the holes, but the holes are actually smaller than the bumper bracket holes so I cant just stick extra bumper bolts into the spots the guards were at. I also just had them rechromed so I didnt want to drill them larger. For the last 6 months I looked all over online and couldnt find anything. Yesterday at Lowes in the nut and bolt section I found Chrome plug fills that snap into our bumpers perfectly, at about 1 dollar each its a great deal. In the photo the bolt on the left is the original bracket bolt, the bolt on the right is actually the chrome fill plug I bought at lowes. Anyone looking for a way to close off those holes can use these and since they snap right in, you dont have to remove the bumper.

this is good news, I have been thinking I would have to use bumper bolts too. Didn't realize they were different sizes. Good find

Very cool to see this ... looks good.

I will probably be taking the guards off my front bumper soon.
