Ok I don't like the look or the way I sit with the front a little high. I put on new shocks and the gas charge seems to have raised the front a little. Anybody have any ideas about raising the rear about an inch. Has anybody added another small leaf to the rear ? I don't want a huge lift just a little raked look. Thanks Rick:drive:

There are several ways to get what you want. I would think that first you want to consider if the springs/leafs are sagged. Then, try new shocks also to the rear (not air of course). Other possibilitie is cutting the front spring or trying a different set all together. Just depends how much you need to do to get the look without making a huge impact to quality of the ride.

There's a post some where about adding a leaf...that'll bring it up. Or they make longer shackles for Mustangs (1" longer) the only issue, is the bolt size is bigger compared to the Maverick shackle, but you can get the bushing to fit, with a little work, tricky, and you need some patience, but it can be done, you'll gain about 3/4" in height. Or new rear springs is another option.
National Parts Depot in Canton, has the shackles, the are @ $18, a side.

    Maybe they will settle?

I took mine rear springs to american axle and spring..had them rearch them and added a leaf which stiffened the rear and raised it 1.5 to 2 inches.....NO AIR SHOCKS.
