    Welcome from nepa

welcome to the club kurtis, you will def learn to love it more and more you spend with you and the dad and the car. you can definetley get all kinds of great info from this place. so dont hesitate to ask . there is many old heads here that have been doing stuff with these cars probally even before we were born. i have a 71 comet gt that is all original with 38,000 miles and my car is far from stock . it is one of the best cars to RESTOMOD. my whip runs just under 500HP and it was built to be sick. it can run on spray , it could even be turbo or supercharged. i got all that power with 4.62s in the rear axle and ill tell ya . my car aint tubbed yet(its an on going debate every day) but she def squats and goes when shes got traction. these cars are also extremley light. and the best thing is that there built with the heavy gauge sheet metal not like all cars after 1978 that start to run 22gauge sheet metal almost everywhere. like anyone kid in a candy store the sky is the limit. i have almost $20,000 just into the motor trans and rear axle and this car is even streetable yet. YOU GOTTA PAY TO PLAY. my 306v-8 can run up to 10,000 rpm all day long , and ill tell ya with how light and little these cars are they are the best to restomod, COMET OR MAVERICK
