Will the AC out of a 76 comet fit in my 70 Mav. I want to install A/C in my car but am not sure what will interchange. I may be able to buy the Comet as a parts car and would have all of the pieces from it. What I want to know is if the parts will fit in my Mav? Thanks
They should fit. The 1976 system is different than the 1970 system, but if you have it all...you can make it work. 1976 cars had a glove box, where your 1970 had a tray. The "boxes" and the vents, etc themselves are different because of this. There are some other smaller differences as well, but like I said, if you have it all, you can make it work.
