    Glad I showed up when I did. I got 1 hot dog. It tied me over till my dad and I arrived in Elgin where we ate brisket at Southside Market. From there we went to Lockhart. I then drove to Rowlett then home to Marietta. Total miles for me yesterday was 789. Good thing I decided not to trailer my Comet. With all those good looking Mavs I woulda went home with no prize. I'll beat you some day Doug! :D

    It just doesn't get much better than this! We had some shade, some Mavericks, a great bunch of people to hang out with (that understand our cars and attitudes!) nice weather, and food. We just needed a Comet or two to complete the group. Can't wait for next year.
