My new Maverick

    Just a little excited about this. My first car ever was a 1976 Maverick and now, over 20 years after the first one, I have a Maverick again. I got this one in Oklahoma City yesterday and then drove it back home.

    Thanks for the comments, everyone.

    For now the plan is to just drive it and have fun. In the future, however, I'm thinking 302 (the seller had the conversion hardware) either AOD or 5 speed manual, buckets...few other things, I haven't made up the full list of plans yet.

    408W, part of me wants to say sorry for buying it from under you, part of me wants to say neener-neener :).
