Hey folks! It's been quite a while since I last visited, but now that I have internet at the new place, I plan to be around like the old days. I finally got out of college, and now I teach Agriculture and Vo-Tech at Evans High School. I got the Maverick out of the barn a month or so ago and brought it up to the school and my students replaced the harmonic balancer that I slung apart several years ago, replaced plugs, wires, rotor, dist cap, etc. We drained the tank and after putting a new battery on, would you believe it cranked on the first try!?!? It didn't run good, but it ran! This thing has been in the barn for about 3 years! I was super excited. Now I've got tags on it again and I'm going to be working on it and driving it again. Even though it's been parked, I've been secretly acquiring parts for it and I'm now ready to begin the process of putting all the parts in place. So, hopefully, I'll have some updates and pics in the near future! Anyway, good to be back! Y'all take care! Preston
