I've just been running the standard FelPro gaskets with my trick Flow haeds and never had an issue. The only think I can think of that you might need a better gasket is if you have an over borded engine say .0404 or .060 where there is less material between the bores. Then I'd use a better gasket.

    Thanks Ryan..(y)
No over bore its stock bore. I had just heard that the movement of the heads could cause the gasket to tair.. if no one has really had any problem then I'll go the the fel-pro's
    Thanks
    Tim

Use the Felpro expanded graphite gaskets for the late model 302's. Stay away from their "performance type" beaded sealed gasket, also known as the print-o-seal, or POS gasket. I used these with my Canfield heads and they didn't hold up. The expandeed graphite's have never failed.
