Im not gonna lye to you i bought one off ebay with the billet shaft and it looks good. But when i installed it in the motor it was huge. I went and bought a 85 gt dizzy and like it much better.

I hope you like yours better than i did. Good luck to ya.

ITs an nice simple upgrade all in one unit. only issue is getting over the look of that huge dizzy out front. I'm sure it will work great and the look is your call.

I have one and picked up a spare for $40 on ebay. The spare goes in the trunk on road trips. I like having a complete backup ignition with one (or two with tach) wire change to swap.

You might have to get an offset air filter to clear the HEI and if you have a factory AC unit there tends to be problems.

Some of the guys have to go with an offset 14" air cleaner, because the regular air cleaners will hit the distributor.

right i figured as much. im not using a stock air cleaner or do i have ac. my car isnt very close to stock so doing alil modding is ok to me aslong as i can make it look good to my taste and perofrm well. i have a big oval shelby type air cleaner now that i kno i will have to take off and use a diff air cleaner for sure
