The color paint code is 5L "Tan", which the 1972 Ford Ditzler paint charts show as being a "Pinto Only" color. So much for the paint charts.

    BTW - The car is a 72, not a 71.

Certainly looks to be a 72, especially with that seat belt light.

    It is not an Econoline.

It is a Falcon Deluxe Club Wagon, with both factory back bench seats.

It came from the Palm Springs area and the underside is so clean, you can still see the factory primer.

Yeah. I think that's a 72. My 72 has the same hood stripes. And they are non reflective right?

Either way I like that color too. I wish I had a toy box so I could have more Mavericks and Pintos :(

That is the 3rd grabber I've seen with that color combo. I have loved mine because it's different and my buddies call mine grocery sack tan. My Marti report shows only 77 with that color. Don't change a thing.

Front Valance installed and sport wheel added. I have got the fabric samples from SMS and they look like a perfect match
