Name's Guy and I am from Rogers, AR. I'm a younger kid(19). Iv had my Maverick for awhile now. Got it for my 14th birthday from my grandpa and iv done nothing but neglect it till now. Tired of seeing it sitting, so trying to get it back to going soon and drive it some.:thumbs2: Iv got everything for the car. Its a 70 Maverick, 48K original miles. Iv got all the original paper work from when purchased and was maintained. I do happen to need a new carb now. Went to rebuild the original one and it has a bunch of broken piece inside the carb. Hopefully I can find someone on here that can sell me one
    But here she is.

    :Welcome: from MD!

The 4-door looks nice! If it is in as good shape in person as in the pics, I would say around $1000 is a good price. You aren't gonna use the 4-door as a parts car for your 2-door are you?

Welcome from Panama City, Florida..... Hard to say about good deals, plus it helps to know what plans you have for the car.

If you are planning on using it to fix up the 70 it is probably a little high. But....then again once you consider chasing all the parts you need to do the swap you might be money ahead. I would definately keep and fix the 70 though. By the way welcome, I have been to the drags in Rogers a few times. I grew up in Gainesville, Mo. just north of Mountain Home. Good luck with your car,ask ?s and keep us posted on your progress.

In my opinion, that is too nice of a car to part out. But....it is a low priced 4-door, so I could see that happening.

I do have the 170 in it. Ill send you a pm about that carb. And for everyone else on here. Thanks for the welcomes!!!:thumbs2: My full intentions for this car is to be a quick street car. Not wanting the fastest car or anything, just something to have a little fun with. And im going to look at the 76 later today as im at work right now. That Maverick supposedly has a fresh rebuild from a racing shop and some other stuff.
