Looking to sell 1971 Maverick, 4 door, stock 302 & C4, fairly straight body, A/C, PS, stock wheels and hubcaps, original faded paint, good chrome, 103K miles and never rebuilt motor. Needs new head gasket. What would be a good price to sell her for? I hate to sell it but have a baby on e way and need to get something more reliable.

You'll have to part it out to get more than $500.00 for it in DFW Texas. Folks around here only want ready to drive Mavericks.

    Do you have pictures?

With the head gasket problem....maybe $1000. It would have to be totally rust free with a decent interior. If it was a 2-door....you could double the price.
