Pulley help please

    Ok heres the problem my harmonic balencer is a 3 bolt and pulley is small one engine balanced with that set up water pump pulley hits pulled original pulley of engine which was a 4 bolt redrilled it to a 3 bolt and pulleys still won't work the water pump is a pass side vs original drivers side but didn't think that would make a difference in pulley alignment being there both 302s just original 73 302 and the new is a 1969 Boss
