    Indeed thats a good looking car. Looks earlier than 77 withthat bumper. Must've swapped for the '70 - '72 bumper.

    Rear bumper is a small bumper too. Maybe the '77 is a typo?

    Nah probably did the bumper swap, I dont know of too many people that want too use a car for drag racing that has an extra couple hundred pounds of bumper.:cry:

    Bumpers and supports weigh less than 75lbs...............I replaced my fiberglass bumpers and cut-down supports for the stock pieces...again. Most of the weight is in the front bumper and supports.

    Uhh yours is a 70 though, just a little bit of a difference... your trying to compare apples too pears, their kind of the same but different.
    Your car is the lightest of all the mavericks.. And the 77 has a couple park benches bolted onto it(about 90lbs just on the front bumper and brackets alone), so between those and the door supports it is one of the heaviest mavericks made..:cry:
