Finished my Engine bay today

    Got the car put back together today and took it for a drive. I think it turned out good. I still need to run the A/C lines and install dryer but I am in no rush for that at this point. I have the under the dash A/C unit mounted but need to wire it up. I have owned my car about 2 months and spent a month working on it. I am still on my first tank of gas. :cry:

    looks good did you have it sand blasted then painted? what did you do to get it so clean? I had mine sand blasted after trying every cleaner I knew of with no luck.

    I used lots of brake cleaner and wire brushes of various sizes. On the removable parts I used a chemical stripper and sanded any surface rust that I found.
