    Wha, You don't like all those parts I've been buying from you guys lol. Just figured out how to upload pics and ill send you some better ones. Back to the cap ever seen one?

    I have within the last year.. there was another member who posted a similar mod too.

    Those aftermarket billet goodies sell like hotcakes(especially the cheaper off-brands).. so I'm sure there may be others around here who've done it too.

    gas cap

    This cap is from sparco racing and soon to be discontinued. It comes in locking/non locking-not cheap. It would have been perfect if a 1/4 smaller. I might have it turned down just a bit.

    There is somebody on ebay that sells Billet gas caps with the Maverick logo for $60, but they are not locking. He also sells matching radiator caps.

    I coulda swore I just saw the radiator cap yesterday and all I can say is NEVER ON MY CAR! horrible looking in my opinion. the gas cap is nice but I love my original comet cap. I wouldnt change it for anything other than a brand new shiny one

    Yea, Love to have the original one. Don't know what happened to it. This cap looks alright and takes a key to get it off and I have the key.

    I lost my locking cap, so now i have a 1 1/2" pipe stopper fits tight and no gas spills when i overfill tank. will work on getting photo to site.:idea:

    I found one in the junk yard one year that has Maverick on it, I paid 5.00 for it.

    Looks ok. Butt this car has been altered to fit this cap.
