    I am getting this setup....

And before I render my car useless for a few weeks (or permanently???), I would like to hear if there are any hints/clues/suggestions that I might need to prepare for BEFORE I start cutting stuff up.

Thats not a Mustang II suspension...it's a Rack and Pinion kit :D
You have to cut your car up to make it fit. The R&C kit will fit without cutting your car frame rails in half to weld in the hats. Where are the rest of the parts to finish the install? The R&C kit will come with everything. Go back and do the math and you will see the R&C kit is the way to go. :tiphat:

Come monday, it will be mine.

It comes with all the other stuff, as well, but this is the only part that attaches to the car.

    The rest attaches to THIS.

    It is Rod and Custom.

Awesome!! I'm glad it's not a Helix (the cheap knock off) I myself, was just on the phone with R&C this week.

Good to hear you say R&C. Very straightforward install. Measure many times before welding in place. The only thing I didn't like about their kit was the replacement panels for the shock towers. But then again I am really fussy. Every other part if their kit is outstanding!

    Good luck.

The coil over has different upper mounts, than the one he's showing.

I have the rc-107 kit installed in my 74 mav and the 4 link in the rear. Willie and William father and son team. Great people to do business with. Those installs are a piece of cake or pie if you prefer.
