    I need the color coded wiring diagram for my 73 mav. I found it online a while back but can't locate it. I have wires under the dash that I need to see what they originally went to. The previous owner bypassed the fuse box and twisted them together, no inline fuse or nothing.

    hi! my maverick battery is going down very fast; anybody knows how to install an charge meter (ammeter)?; the alternator is a rebuild and test (in shop) one and I bought the battery 6 months ago.

    It's best to use a volt meter...a lot more safe. If you want to hook up an ammeter temporary here's how.

    There's two types of ammeters though, you may need to put it in line(series) vs Parallel like the pic.
