new 2 the Mav. Community

Hello everyone, im J and i juz bought a 1975 maverick 4.1 250 six. Was a lil skeptical of the inline six but after looking over my purchase realized it a pretty straightforward engine to work on especilly with little credible knowledge or experience. Over the last week i have reffered to the forums many times to get a better handle on the mess ive made. Now first she is old as in will take a moderate amount of work 2 be fully restored,but i figure i can get her bak 2 road condition nd continue to do repairs and mods. So far ive removed the pastic dash piece and bracket, and started to remove the bench. She was involved in a fender bender so the grille was done, the bumper is slightly twisted on the pass side the bumper frame supports need to be outright replaced and there are a couple of problem rust areas also have no power steering wil start replacing hoses and belts to diagnise and eliminte problems. I need som help though i need to know if a same era mustang radiator support will fit as mine has a slight inward bow at the bottom from the collision and where if possible i can find replacement supports to slide into the frame and where i can get my bumper cleanex and reshaped or a vintage bumper altogether i will post pics soon but any help i can get from you guys and gals would be greatly appreciated. Im mechanically inclined and can handle bolt on applications
